You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:
Administrative Support:
- Organize and support local and regional management meetings (Executive Committee & Sales Leadership Team) including logistics, agenda development, meeting minutes, action item follow-up, etc.
- Manage the regional calendar for sales and customer events, management meetings, sales conventions, tradeshows, etc.
- Facilitates coordination of domestic and international travel and accommodations with internal/external resources, outreach plans, and events for senior management and visitors, as needed.
Data and Reporting:
- Maintains accurate records, files, and databases on TEAMS and shared folders for sales activities and projects. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive documents and communications.
- Follows up with senior leadership on monthly reports (lost sales, sales phasing) and ensures teams follow guidelines for accurate and timely completion.
- Provides administrative support on the annual budget and forecasting process.
Project Management Support:
- Supports special or strategic projects and initiatives by assisting managers [DS4] in monitoring project timelines, deliverable follow-up, and presentation and document preparation.
- Assist with the development and implementation of strategic projects supporting metric tracking, data management, and other key performance indicators.
HR Organizational Development
- Support the design, planning, implementation and communication of employee engagement strategies, activities, and action plans (including Satisfaction Surveys, Recognition Programs, HR activities/events, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives) to increase our employees’ engagement and connection to their work and our company culture.
- Perform a variety of clerical duties related to the organization’s development efforts, such as ordering supplies and materials, planning, and coordinating logistics for events and trainings. Maintain training facilities to include material inventory and ordering, room set-up, break-down and equipment preparation.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting as well as other required documentation and tracking in various tools and/or systems.
Participate in the sourcing and selection of external providers to support the execution of all training and developmental activities and contribute to their performance evaluation.
HR Talent Acquisition
- Support the full cycle recruitment process, from the requisition process (including the creation, posting, maintenance, and hiring of vacancies), screening applications, sourcing qualified candidates, supporting the interview process, and partnering with the respective hiring manager and HRBP in handling the candidate offer.
- Maintain accurate records of the status of each upcoming position, current open position, and closed position. Provide hiring managers progress updates and feedback.
- Support the execution of our employer brand strategy through building and improving our presence on key job boards, sites and media.
- Act as an ambassador of our company culture and values at talent at career fairs, community, and university events.
Job requirements
To be considered, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4-5 years’ experience in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a project management or sales administration role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience planning events, projects or programs desired.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish language preferred

HM.CLAUSE offers a strong compensation and benefits package to its employees:
- Competitive salary
- This position’s range is $32 - $38/hr
Our total compensation and pay ranges reflect our market pay structures. As such, individual salaries or hourly rates are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local geographical market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as job related skills, education, and experience.
