You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to: 

Strategic planning and Project Management:

• Lead and monitor mid-level strategic and operational projects for Sales and HR

• Drive and support the monitoring of strategic and key regional business improvement projects and initiatives implementation

• Responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes within the AMPA sales office , focusing on tools, templates workflows business process improvements in the AMPA region

• Support business operations manager in the coordination and monitoring of key projects related to sales effectiveness and customer excellence for AMPA.

• Build and maintain a broad network of internal cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to leverage organizational knowledge, resources and expertise.

• Directly collaborate with business operations manager to provide internal and external communication efforts, , including key presentations and written communication, meetings, etc.

Operational Support:

· Support representation of the office of VP AMPA on internal and external events

· Manage, organize and support local and regional management meetings (ExeCom & SALT) including logistics, agenda development, meeting minutes, action item follow-up, etc.

· Manage the regional calendar for sales and customer events, management meetings, sales conventions, tradeshows, etc.

· Manage the coordination of domestic and international travel and accommodations with internal/external resources, outreach plans, and events for senior management and visitors, as needed.

· Manage and coordinate logistics for visits, meetings, events hosted by the office of the VP of AMPA

Key processes and Data Reporting:

· Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases on TEAMS and shared folders for sales activities and projects, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive documents and communications.

· completion of on time reporting senior leadership on monthly reports (lost sales, sales phasing) and ensures teams follow guidelines for accurate and timely completion.

· Supports annual budget, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.

· Conduct independent analysis of market reports and conduct technology assessments to provide actionable recommendations to assess the viability and impact on strategic initiatives and business objectives.

HR Organizational Development

· Strategic Planning & Implementation: Contribute to the design, analysis, and execution of key HR strategies, programs and processes pertaining to Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, and Global Mobility activities. Drive and support projects aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, cultural alignment, and workforce growth across the organization.

· Strategic Consulting & Organizational Design: Collaborate with the OD Manager to provide consulting services on organizational structure, design, and change management. Assist in facilitating business workshops and activities to enhance departmental alignment, drive change, and optimize team dynamics. Advise on restructuring, roles, and processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.

· Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Analyze and improve operational workflows within OD functions (Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, and Global Mobility). Streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and track effectiveness to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and maximize impact.

· Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain tracking systems to monitor key people and culture metrics, and program outcomes. Provide actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and refine organizational development strategies.

· Vendor & Program Evaluation: Oversee the evaluation and performance assessment of external vendors supporting OD initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals and continuously improve program effectiveness.

Job requirements

To be considered, you will need:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4-5 years’ experience in business administration or a related field.

· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a project management or sales administration role.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.

· Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Prior experience planning events, projects or programs desired.

· Bilingual in English and Spanish language preferred

HM.CLAUSE offers a strong compensation and benefits package to its employees:

  • Competitive salary

    • This position’s range is $90,000 - $110,000

Our total compensation and pay ranges reflect our market pay structures.  As such, individual salaries or hourly rates are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local geographical market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as job related skills, education, and experience.
