HM.CLAUSE is a Business Unit of Limagrain, an international agricultural co-operative founded and managed by farmers. HM.CLAUSE specializes in the breeding, production, and sale of vegetable seeds. You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:

  • Aligns business objectives with employees and management for the designated business function.
  • Serves as a consultant to management on HR related issues.
  • Acts as an employee advocate and change agent.
  • Proactively assesses the client’s HR-related needs and provides efficient and timely resolution.
  • Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the client and the business’ financial position, mid/long- term goals, objectives, culture, and performance.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with all pillars of HR to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve relationships, build morale, increase

productivity and retention.

  • Works on employee engagement initiatives such as attracting, developing and retaining employees
  • Serves as the first stop, dedicated point of contact for all HR-related questions/concerns of the client group.
  • Provides training, coaching, and mentoring to local HR Support when applicable.
  • Occasional travel within the United States and international travel may be required as needed.

Center of Excellence

May be responsible for the complete management of a center of excellence within HR Operations. This may include any of the following: Employee Relations, Employee Engagement Programs, Safety & Workers Compensation, Administration & Onboarding, Employment Regulatory Compliance, Administrative Support of Sister Companies.

Supervisory Responsibilities

May provide administrative supervision to Local HR Support, Office Manager and/or Location Safety Coordinators when and where applicable.


Job requirements

To be considered, you will need: 

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; MHRM or MBA preferred

Minimum 5 years progressive Human Resources experience

Must be proficient in English; proficiency in Spanish a plus.

PHR or SPHR preferred

HM.CLAUSE offers a strong compensation and benefits package to its employees:
