You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:

- With the support of RTS Leadership Team, coordinate team of Global R&D Trial Specialists to effectively and efficiently execute trials to advance the experimental hybrids with the highest commercial potential from stage -1 to Stage 0 and from Stage 0 to Stage1, through the collection of valuable, timely, and accurate information all while promoting a strong team atmosphere designed to work at its maximum potential.

- Lead team to establish and implement common ways of working and interacting including standardized planning tools, harmonized reporting, data collection systems, data analysis and statistics applications, experimental design, phenotyping protocols.

- Define and manage the R&D Trial Specialist organization with regards to staff, budget, and technology resources associated with the development and implementation of each trialing program.

- Develop team sustainability by establishing the vision for future team growth and succession.

- To collaborate with regional and global breeding, marketing and sales leadership to align trial demand from Resource Planning tools with R&D and market priorities.

- Work collaboratively with other LVS BU counterpart, in order to support each other’s trialing needs in different geographies.

- Ensure the implementation of the integration and training program(s) for R&D Trial Specialists.
- To create a high-performance environment focused on advancing experimental hybrids based upon objective performance analysis and data interpretation with the greatest commercial potential.
- To lead in a manner that will allow the crop team (R&D, Marketing and Sales) to work at their highest performance level.

Job requirements

To be considered, you will need: The candidate that will thrive in this role brings critical thinking and analytical skills. We look for:

- MS degree in Agriculture or Related Field
- Experimental Design and Statistical Analysis
- Significant previous trialing experience (5+ years) and experience working with growers.
- Experience with vegetable crop production and cropping methods.
- Experience managing individuals and teams and driving change.
- Must be proficient in English; proficiency in French and/or Spanish a plus.
