You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:

• Contribute to the customer needs intelligence in collaboration with the Sales Representative(s)

Market & Competition Intelligence
• Describe market needs; maintain and update a market intelligence database for the area (including market review, competition benchmark, seed technology watch, etc.) and anticipate market trends in autonomy.
Product Development
• Design the local trial plan, including sample needs, timing and standard/check varieties.
• Set up single trials with the support of the Sales Representative(s).
• Evaluate single trials. Write single trials synthesis and reports, and submit a trial plan synthesis/report to the Product Development Manager
• Propose the varieties advancement/stop/retry to the Product Development Manager. Identify at early stage the sales potential of new varieties.

Communication, Promotion & Technical Support
• During pre-commercial & product launch phases: bring product knowledge of new varieties to train the sales representatives & help the sales team to design sales arguments and communication tools.
• Support the Sales Representative(s) in the realization of promotion actions of precommercial varieties, the launch of new commercial varieties and punctual sales actions.
• Provide adapted technical advice to the customers (direct & indirect) with recommendations/support in collaboration with the Sales Representative.

Sales Forecast
• In collaboration with the Sales Representative, participate to the design of the sales forecast for new varieties and regularly of forecast for commercial varieties.

Claims & Complaints
• Provide technical expertise at customer level & be support to the Sales Rep to manage the claims & complaints settlement, in accordance with the company policy.

Job requirements

To be considered, you will need: The candidate that will thrive in this role brings a positive attitude and technical expertise. We look for:

 Requires a minimum of a B.S. in Agronomy or Horticulture, or equivalent field.
 5+ years of experience in the Vegetable industry preferred
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
